Chloe O. Davis

Chloe O. Davis is a Broadway performer, Drama Desk Award choreographer, and debut author. 

Some of her performance credits include: Paradise Square (Broadway); Porgy and Bess (Metropolitan Opera); BLACK GIRL: Linguistic Play (The Kennedy Center); All Shock Up and The Wiz (The Muny) Mr. TOL E. RAncE (The Joyce); Camille A. Brown and Dancers, Philadanco, and Dance Lab New York. Film/TV credits include: Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (Netflix); Harlem (Amazon); Uprooted-The Journey of Jazz Dance (HBO); Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert (NBC); and Tell Me A Story (CBS). 

Chloe’s choreography’s credits include: Late Night with Seth Myers (NBC); Broadway Bares 30^th Anniversary (Hammerstein Ballroom); Ain’t Misbehavin (The REV Theatre Company); My Tribute to Black Broadway and Black Choreographers (The Muny); Paradise Square (Broadway, Associate Choreographer); Harlem (Amazon, Assistant Choreographer); for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf (The Public, Associate Choreographer). She received the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Choreography for Paradise Square earlier this year and anxiously awaiting the 2^nd Annual Antonyo Awards—held at the Apollo Theater on October 10, 2022—where she is nominated for Best Choreographer also with Paradise Square. Her debut book, The Queens’ English: The LGBTQIA+ Dictionary of Lingo and Colloquial Phrases is a celebration of the spectrum of identity and promotes important conversations around inclusivity, intersectionality, sexuality, gender expression, and gender identity. Chloe O. Davis has been a client of LDC since 2016.
